R&R Country Delivery Details

Orders placed through the Interest-Free Credit payment method must be delivered to the billing address provided as per your agreement with V12. These parcels must be signed for upon delivery and cannot be left in a 'safe place'.

Our Couriers

We use DPD and Royal Mail as our primary courier providers for UK orders.

All orders are fully tracked to your door.

DPD

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will notify you via e-mail or text message and allow you to track the status of your parcel, view your allocated delivery time slot and make amendments to your delivery date if it is unsuitable. DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel once. If you are not going to be available you can rearrange delivery for another day, or ifyou wish for your parcel to be left in a ‘safe place’, you can provide details of this. Please note, the ‘safe place’ option is not available for Interest Free Credit orders as these must be signed for at the billing address provided. If you provide a mobile number, you will receive a text informing you of your delivery slot and tracking information right up to your parcel being delivered.

R&R Country will not accept any liability for parcels left at the request of the customer, and it is your sole responsibility for any damages or losses incurred through this.

If you miss your allocated delivery slot, your parcel will be taken to a local collection point. It is then your responsibility to collect your parcel. No further delivery attempts will be made.

Please be aware, you must contact us within 10 days of your parcel despatch with any issue relating to your delivery - we will not be able to investigate any issue after this given period.

All international orders are dispatched via DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail, ensuring secure, fully tracked delivery to your door.

Customs Charges

Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

Important information related to orders placed for shipment to the United States.

“Global tariffs are being introduced by the US starting on 5 April 2025.

These tariffs apply to all shipments exceeding the current $800 de minimis threshold. The de minimis loophole for goods originating in China and Hong Kong will be removed as of 2 May 2025. These goods will be subject to duty and taxes, regardless of value.”

Please ensure you are aware of payable tariffs before purchasing.

If a parcel is refused and returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable local tax regulations.

Shipping Disclaimer

In rare cases where the actual parcel weight exceeds the estimated amount, we may need to collect an additional shipping fee. Should this occur, we will always contact you for approval before proceeding.

Certain products may be excluded from international delivery due to size, weight, or courier restrictions. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page. If such an item is mistakenly purchased, our team will contact you to arrange a cancellation and full refund.

International Returns

To initiate a return from outside the UK, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or charged separately if the refund amount does not cover the return shipping cost.

Exclusions

Fairfax & Favor – USA Customers

Please note that we are unable to fulfil orders for Fairfax & Favor products to the United States. Any orders placed for delivery to the USA containing these items will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Collect In Store

You can select in-store collection for all items at checkout, excluding Interest Free Credit orders. Please allow us time to process your order for collection at your chosen store. You will receive text and e-mail confirmation when your order is ready to pick up. Upon collection, please ensure you have your order number to hand.

Feed, bedding and selected larger items are in-store collection only. This is noted on the product page.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

We kindly ask that you check your items immediately upon receipt and contact us straight away if any parcel or item is missing or damaged via info@randrcountry.co.uk or 01757633950. Please note, we may require photographic evidence of damages in order to provide a resolution.

If items are undelivered or missing, please contact us directly in order for us to raise an investigation. Please be aware, we do require couriers to conclude their investigation(s) before a resolution can be made at our end . In some instances, DPD will post out letters, which will need signing and returning back to DPD before disputes are concluded– if this policy is not adhered to within the noted timeframe, the case will be closed at both ends and no further action will be taken.
